Reservations
Accurate guest counts help us prepare for the event. Full names of every guest are required for hotel reservations and insurance purposes. Please update us as soon as possible if guest numbers, hotel reservations or other details change.

Engagement
After 31 years, we'd love to hear about your past Fishin' Galore experiences! We also have speaking opportunities at events throughout the year. Patient Information

Fishin' Galore 2026 Event T-shirts are complimentary for each patient only. The patient will receive their t-shirt at event check-in. On the day of the event, we kindly ask that only the patient wear the official Fishin' Galore patient t-shirt provided. This helps our volunteers and guests easily recognize and give special attention to the patients throughout the event!

If you are registering more than one patient, please register each patient individually. Please only add family members on one registration. If you are unsure how to register multiple patients, please call our office at 225.754.5700 for guidance.

Reservations

Hotel accommodations are offered for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital patients and families who live outside of a 40 mile radius of Baton Rouge, LA or Clinton, LA for Friday, May 1, 2026 and/or Saturday, May 2, 2026.

The last day to register for this event with hotel reservations is April 10, 2026.

For patient guests, we require their name, age and relationship to the patient. If this information is not included in your submission, it will delay the processing of your registration.

Dream Day Foundation will send Birthday Cards via USPS mail to the address provided above to the patient and all of their siblings or their children if the information is provided here.

Workplace Giving is an easy way to make tax-deductible donations to Dream Day Foundation taken directly out of your paycheck. Typically Dream Day Foundation would discuss this opportunity with your Human Resources or Management to coordinate logistics, make a presentation to all employees and seek pledges from each individual to be fulfilled through paycheck deductions over a one year period. The pledges could be renewed yearly.

Workplace Fundraiser is any type of fundraiser done with your coworkers in a single office or across your company's network. This could be a $5 Jeans for Dreams day, a unique tshirt sales fundraiser, scavenger hunt to raise awareness for your company/Dream Day Foundation, a new & fun fundraiser we develop together!

Jeans for Dreams is a fundraising partnership with schools and workplaces to help raise awareness about our foundation and our support for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Schools or workplaces host a Jeans for Dreams day benefitting Dream Day Foundation with students/employees donating for a free dress day.

Photo Waiver

Effective as of the date shown below, approval for past use and permission for present and future use is being granted to Dream Day Foundation, 1165 S. Foster Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 to use photographs or other images taken from May 1, 2026 - May 3, 2026 of the Photographed Party, as more fully explained in this Consent and Release. The Photographed Party is an individual adult, parent or guardian and is fully authorized to sign this Consent and Release. For value received, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Photographed Party hereby grants consent to Dream Day Foundation, its agents, employees, licensees, and successors in interest (collectively, the Released Party) and authorize the use of any and all photographs taken of me, and any reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever and in any derivative work based thereon throughout the world, and to use them to publicize, promote and advertise, including but not limited to use for point of sale advertising. The Photographed Party also consents to the use of my own name or any fictitious name which may be chosen in connection with the aforesaid photographs. The Photographed Party hereby releases any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use of my photograph and name and the reproduction thereof as aforesaid. The Photographed Party hereby waives any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the Book or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
