SKEET SHOOTING EVENT
Originally hosted as a tribute to the late Jay "Big Sweet" Giblin, a dear friend to many who cared a great deal about Dream Day Foundation and many other organizations in the Baton Rouge area. In 2024, Dream Day Foundation was excited to bring this event back to the community that loved Jay and supported The Jay Giblin Memorial Foundation's efforts to raise awareness and funds! 

 

ONLY Team Captain/Team Sponsor or Individual Shooters should complete this registration form. 

For individual shooter registration, skip the Sponsor Name field and enter your name or n/a in the Team Name field.

Team Captain will be responsible for submitting all Shooter Names prior to the event date. All Shooters will be REQUIRED to complete an online waiver form. The Team Captain can send a link to the waiver form via email/text to each player OR can provide the tournament coordinator with the team emails/phone numbers for sending the waiver. Shootout Details:

• Lunch will be provided
• Targets and shells (20 & 12 gauges only) will be provided for all teams
• Please bring your own eye and ear protection. Standard glasses or sunglasses are acceptable.
• Please visit www.bridgeviewgunclub.com for directions and safety rules
• This Online Entry Form and payment are due by Monday, October 6, 2025

Awards will be given for Top 3 Teams, Top Shooter & Long-Bird Winner.
